The code that managed the datestamp could only handle the months May through October with any other month being considered "November." This worked fine through November. No one noticed in December, but in January of 2006 all Theoblogian.org posts appeared at blogs4God as being written in November of 2006. Since the aggregator at blogs4God sorts all posts in descending chronological order all six posts for January came first in the list after this post from someone else who hasn't configured their blog correctly. This is considered rude.

He is delighted that people are still coming to the website, and he apologizes to all the other websites at Blogs4God who had to look at all our January posts before they could see their own. He is, however, considering other ploys to attract nice people to the website.

In other news, the RSS date stamp has now been fixed.
Brian1/12/2006 8:08:00 PMMean Dean on Pardon me, your ASP is showing http://ww.theoblogian.org/Post.aspx?s=rc&idpPost=71#Comment_161The date stamps in your RSS file are about 300 days ahead of schedule.

Pleeeeease fix this.

Mean Dean1/12/2006 7:13:00 AM
